Harvard VoIP Phone Maintenance – 10pm 11/5/21 – 2am 11/6/21

Dear HLS Faculty and Staff,

Verizon will be performing VoIP phone maintenance that will impact phone service.  The maintenance is scheduled to start on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 10:00 pm and last until 2:00 am Saturday, November 6, 2021.  Beginning at 11:00 pm, calls in progress will be interrupted.  Calls may be impacted for up to 30 seconds over a 30-minute period.  The interruptions are expected to be completed by 11:30 pm.  Please plan accordingly.
