Beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 5th through 7:00 AM on Tuesday, October 9th, Verizon will perform scheduled phone and voicemail system maintenance.
Please see the following concerning VoIP service availability during this maintenance window:
VoIP Phone Services will be available during the maintenance window. There will be very brief interruptions when services failover and failback to the primary and secondary data centers.
Services unavailable throughout the maintenance window:
- End User Account Portal: Users will be blocked from making changes in the User Portal
- Voicemail PIN Resets will not be completed during the maintenance
- Jabber users will experience intermittent service and login interruptions. If a Jabber user resets their client they will be locked out of the application for the duration of the maintenance.
Please plan accordingly to help minimize the impact of these expected service interruptions.
