Beginning on Tuesday, July 30th at 5:00 PM through Tuesday, July 30th at 10:00 PM, Verizon will be performing maintenance on our VoIP phone platform.
The following outlines Harvard VoIP service availability during the maintenance window. Centrex services are not impacted by this maintenance.
Services that will be available throughout the maintenance window:
• VoIP Phone Service, Jabber Service, Voicemail: There will be no impact to phones, Jabber clients, or voicemail during this maintenance.
Services that will be unavailable:
• End User Account Portal: Changes that need to be made via the portal should be completed prior to 5:00 PM on Tuesday July 30th to ensure updates are processed properly.
