Please be advised that the Harvard Phone VoIP platform is experiencing an interruption in service that started at approximately 9:53 am when many phones went into an unregistered state. Phones have re-registered and should be operable again. HUIT is in contact with Verizon and Cisco as they assess the situation. This was not a planned outage, but likely linked to their efforts to restore the primary data center systems.
