Dear HLS Faculty and Staff,
During the week of January 4th, and continuing through January 11th, the firmware on all VoIP desk sets will be upgraded.¬† This will¬†require the phone set to re-register.¬†¬†If a phone is in use¬†during this time, the call will not be impacted.¬† The phone will re-register after the call has ended.
Note: Changes are planned to be completed no later than 6:00AM the following day.
In addition, on January 11th there will be two maintenance events, the first one from 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and the second one starting at 7:00 PM.¬† During this time, calls may be impacted.¬†¬† This change is expected to be completed no later than January 12th¬†at 6:00 AM.
