Harvard Phone maintenance will take place from 7:00 PM Friday, February 16th until 9:00 PM Sunday, February 18th.  To mitigate a lengthy disruption throughout the weekend, VoIP phone services will failover to the backup platform.

Voice Service is expected to be available throughout the maintenance event, with the exception of two brief interruptions.  Starting at 7:00 PM Saturday evening, VoIP devices will experience a short interruption in service as they switch to the backup platform, and again on Sunday around 9:00 PM as they switch back to the primary platform.   Harvard University IT will monitor to confirm that devices reset as expected.

If you use Jabber, please sign-out and sign-in to the Jabber client after each platform switch.

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance:

Friday, 7:00 PM -11:00 PM
End User Account Portal – Please do not make changes to your phone settings during this time.

Saturday, 7:00 PM – Sunday 9:00 PM
The Phone Directory button on VoIP phones will not work during this time.
