Verizon’s maintenance activities have extended beyond the originally stated time frame. The Harvard Phone Portal and the Phone Directory button on VoIP phones are not available at this time. Verizon is working to correct the systems issues and anticipates having all systems functioning later this week. More information will be provided as it is known.
VoIP phone service, Jabber and voicemail are not impacted by this issue.
