Josh Halpern practices appellate and complex litigation at the D.C. office of Weil, Gotshal, & Manges. He also serves as a Lecturer on Law and part-time Research Fellow at Harvard Law School, where he focuses on the corporate and constitutional law issues in boycotts and sanctions regimes. Before joining Weil, Josh served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General, as a law clerk to Judge Patricia Millett of the D.C. Circuit, and as a law clerk to Judge Jerry Smith of the Fifth Circuit. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor on the Harvard Law Review, and from Yeshiva University, where he earned a B.A. with Honors in Philosophy.
