Andrew A. Caffrey

Mr. Caffrey is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Health Care and Government Fraud Unit in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey. Before that, he was an associate at a litigation boutique and Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where his practice focused on complex litigation, including white collar criminal defense and intellectual property matters. He also clerked for the Hon. Robert E. Keeton on the District Court in Boston and the Hon. Jon O. Newman on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Caffrey co-teaches the Problem Solving Workshop at Harvard Law School, a required first-year course on practical skills, legal reasoning, and client counseling.
