Lauren Fletcher is a partner at WilmerHale. Since joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Fletcher’s practice has focused on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes in federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to appeals in patent disputes before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Fletcher clerked for the Honorable Alan D. Lourie at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Fletcher received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999. She received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
