Join us for a conversation with Bonnie Docherty, the International Human Rights Clinic’s Associate Director of Armed Conflict and Civilian Protection and Senior Researcher at the Arms Division of Human Rights Watch. Docherty will discuss the harm caused by the use of cluster munitions and explosive weapons in populated areas of Ukraine and explain existing international law and recent efforts to strengthen it. She will draw on her extensive experience documenting these weapons, including in Ukraine.
