University Policy Feedback Listening Session for Staff

As you may know, the Harvard Provost’s office has asked for community input on draft policies and procedures for the Harvard community addressing discrimination and bullying, Title IX violations, and other sexual misconduct.  These policies are available on the Provost’s website and are open for public comment through the end of September.  To gather additional input from the HLS community, we plan to host a Zoom feedback session for HLS staff on Monday, September 26, at 2:00 p.m., details below.  The session will not be recorded, and notes will not attribute comments to particular individuals, so participants can feel free to share their thoughts candidly.  As these policies were drafted by working groups appointed by Provosts office, we will not be in a position to explain or interpret the policies – but rather, to simply gather input from our community to convey (in a de-identified/anonymous format) to the Office of the Provost for their consideration.  The drafts are long and complex, so please make sure to set aside some time to read them prior to this session.
