In the past decade, tomes of research have emerged about the Fourteenth Amendment’s Privileges or Immunities Clause. We’ll take stock of that research in a special panel on the subject featuring Professors Stephen Sachs (moderator), Lawrence Lessig, Jud Campbell, and Ilan Wurman. Lunch will be served, and all are welcome.
