 the Abrahamic narratives of Genesis in ways that are different and sometime
 s diametrically opposed. To complicate the picture even more\, some current
 s in both traditions sound themes that are actually more characteristic of 
 the other one\, and this should warn both communities against oversimplifyi
 ng their own heritage—and that of the other community as well.</p><p data-p
 m-slice="1 1 []"><em>The Salon</em> offers a space and opportunity for dial
 ogue and inquiry around critical theological questions. Featuring guest spe
