The Harvard European Law Association and t he Harvard Human Rights Journal are excited to welcome Dr. Marko Bošnjak\, President of the European Court of Human Rights\, to campus on Monday\, Mar ch 10th. President Bošnjak’s lecture will focus on the role of courts – par ticularly the European Court of Human Rights – in addressing democratic bac ksliding\, especially the deterioration of the rule of law. President Bošnj ak will examine the European Court’s role in protecting domestic judiciarie s from attacks they frequently face.
