Join Greer Donley, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh Law School, for a discussion about the interjurisdictional legal conflicts that arise across state borders and between states and the federal government following Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.

This event is part of the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation’s In the Wake of Dobbs: Dynamic Advocacy speaker series that covers strategies to protect and advance reproductive justice in the wake of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health. The series is co-sponsored by Harvard Law Student Alliance for Reproductive Justice and Harvard Health Law Society.
