As part of our ongoing wellness initiative s\, DOS-CEEB invites students to benefit from a Meditation Sound Bath led b y Rachel from Rachel's Space Yoga.
Sound healing has been around for over 40\,000 years and can help lower stress. induce relaxation\, and stimu late the calm side of the nervous system which improves our overall health and wellbeing.
This event will include about 15-20 minutes gentle str etching and breath work to prepare the body and mind for the sound journey meditation. Some light aromatherapy will be included.
We encourage yo u to bring your own yoga mat\, but there will be a limited amount of mats a vailable on a first come\, first serve basis. Light refreshments and water will be served. RSVP required.
