Sacred Stacks is a project to explore the co mbinations of technology and social practices\, or “stacks\,” that support the making of vital communities.
The project involves seven grassroot s communities who answered the call to “Bring Decentralized Tools to Your C ommunity.”
For the second half of 2022\, these communities explored t ogether the needs\, ethics\, and challenges of emerging decentralized techn ologies. More than simple technological solutions\, however\, their convers ations turned toward the dynamics of ritual\, relationship\, and poetics. p>
This event includes:
1. Adriane Rozier of Kibilio Community & Far
m\, an intergenerational\, BIPOC and queer-led intentional community dedica
ted to embodied healing\, and reparative\, ecological\, and reproductive ju

2. Nathan Schneider of the Media Economies Design Lab at the U niversity of Colorado Boulder\, which experiments with democratic ownership and governance in the online economy.
The discussion will be moderat ed by Jack Cushman\, director of the Harvard Library Innovation Lab.
Please register in advance at the link below\, and also note if you are att ending in-person or remote. For those attending in-person\, boxed lunches ( V\, GF options) and refreshments will be served.
