On February 27th\, LPE@HLS will host Publi c Writing and the Law. A lunchtime panel discussion on journalism and publi c understanding of the law (12:15-1:15 PM) will be followed by workshops (3 :30-6:00 PM\, registration required) for all Boston-area law st udents\, legal scholars\, and practitioners interested in writing for a gen eral audience. Workshops will be lead by panelists\, Rose D’Amora (managing editor\, The Nation)\, Liza Featherstone (columnist at Jacobin and The New Republic and author of Divining Desire: Focus Groups and the Culture of Co nsultation)\, Natasha Lennard (journalist and author of Being Numerous: Ess ays on Non-Fascist Existence)\, and Max Strasser (editor\, The New York Tim es).
