Ramin is a progressive prosecutor who currently s erves as the Commonwealth's Attorney for Norfolk\, Virginia. Ramin is the s econd Iranian-American elected prosecutor in the United States. He will dis cuss his experience in elected office\, particularly his platform of public safety\, equity\, and criminal-justice reform\, as well as his previous wo rk as a public defender and in private practice before that.
