The book highlights the evolution of arbitration in t he digital age\, examines online arbitration (OArb) as a cost-effective alt ernative\, and discusses the roles of AI\, the metaverse\, and blockchain i n arbitration.
Additionally\, she will discuss the JusticeTech Progra m and Capstone Practicum at the Ohio State Moritz College of Law\, which ai ms to bridge the gap between law and technology to improve access to justic e. In partnership with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering a nd community organizations\, the program empowers students to create legal technologies that address community needs and promote ethical AI use.
