In this session\, Dr. Shannon Fletcher will explore how our physiol ogical responses to conflict\, particularly the role of the vagus nerve\, s hape how we engage with others during moments of tension. Drawing from her research published in Negotiation and Conflict Management Research\, Shanno n will introduce two evidence-based skills that help individuals navigate w orkplace conflict more effectively.
