PON's doctoral students of the fellowship program will present on their research findings on current topics in the fi elds of negotiation\, mediation and conflict resolution.
This session provides an opportunity for three of our Graduate Research Fellows to shar e and discuss their research findings with the negotiation community on sub jects including examining the role of gender in AI-augmented negotiations\, causal complexity of zero-sum thinking in theory and practice\, and explor ing negotiation of chief diversity offers in higher education.
