< p>Prior to his appointment to the district court\, Judge Kirsch was a judge on the New Jersey Superior Court\, serving in the Criminal Division and al so in both the Civil and Family Divisions of the Superior Court. Previously \, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Newark and as a federal prose cutor\, specializing in white-collar fraud.Through your presence\, y ou can express interest that could help you if you choose to apply for his clerkship in the future.
