Miller\, of the U.S. Court o f Appeals for the Ninth Circuit\, previously served in the Department of Ju stice and as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commissio n and was a Partner at Perkins Coie. He also clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
