Chief Justice Seitz has served as a Supreme Court Jus tice since 2015\, on a court known nationwide for its corporate law experti se. Prior to his appointment\, Chief Justice Seitz founded a corporate advi sory and litigation firm in Wilmington\, representing clients in high profi le corporate and trust disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the S upreme Court. He was also a long-time partner in a large Wilmington law fir m\, where he litigated corporate and intellectual property disputes.
