​​As part of our ongoing wellness initiati ves\, HLS HR invites staff to benefit from a Meditation Sound Bath led by < a href="https://www.rachelsspace.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopen er">Rachel's Space Yoga.

​Sound healing has been around for over 40\,000 years and can help lower stress\, induce relaxation and stimulate t he calm side of the nervous system which improves our overall health and we llbeing.

​This event will include about 15 - 20 minutes gentle stretc hing and breath work to prepare the body and mind for the sound journey med itation.

​We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat\, but there wil l be a limited amount of mats available on a first come\, first serve basis .
