 g></span></p><p><strong>Mark Fagan</strong> is a Lecturer in Public Policy 
 and former Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Go
 vernment at Harvard Kennedy School. Previously\, he was a Lecturer at Bosto
 n University School of Law. Mr. Fagan is presently spearheading an initiati
 ve at The Taubman Center for State and Local Government that examines the p
 olicy and associated regulatory impacts of autonomous vehicles.  Mark Fagan
  was a founding partner of Norbridge\, Inc. a general management consulting
  firm that has a distinctive competence in the transportation sector.  He e
 arned a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning at Harvard University 
 and a BA at Bucknell University. Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Mr. Fagan
  consults to an array of private sector clients.</p><p><strong>Andrew Mille
 r\, Ph.D.\,</strong> is an author and speaker specializing in mobility inno
 vation\, automated driving\, and the policy and regulation of emerging tran
 sportation technologies. He is co-author of <em>The End of Driving </em>(El
 sevier\, 2025) and writes <em>Changing Lanes</em>\, the progress movement's
  leading newsletter on transport innovation. Miller previously served as As
 sociate Director of Mobility at Sidewalk Labs (an Alphabet company) and is 
 currently a Fellow at the Roots of Progress Institute. A frequent keynote s
 peaker\, he is known for combining clarity\, wit\, and grounded realism in 
 an era often dominated by hype. He holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins Uni
 versity and a recent certificate in AI Ethics from the Center for AI Safety
