Laboratories of Democracy: The States and the Future of Administrative Law

This symposium begins from the premise that the federal government can learn something from states about the theory and practice of administrative law. With contributions from eminent state supreme court justices across the country, a response from Judge Jeffrey Sutton, the author of several books and a case book on state constitutional law and federalism, and moderation by retired D.C. Circuit Judge Thomas Griffith, we look forward to a vibrant conversation on these important issues.
