Panel discussion on capital punishment with Tsakhia Elbegdorj (former President of Mongolia), Michèle Duvivier Pierre-Louis (former Prime Minister of Haiti), and Martin O’Malley, all of whom are commissioners from the International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP). ICDP’s Secretaria (Rajiv Narayan, Asunta Vivó Cavaller, and Ángel Rodríguez) will also be in attendance. Further details to come.
