Neuman ‘80 (moderator) is the J. Sinclair Armstrong Professor of In ternational\, Foreign\, and Comparative Law at Harvard Law School\, and Dir ector of its Human Rights Program. From 2011 to 2014\, he served as a Membe r of the UN Human Rights Committee.
