WCC; 3016 Room
Visiting Researcher Jeremy Bacharach will be joining us Monday, 11/22, at 12:30pm to discuss his work as an observer on the UNIDROIT project on Digital Assets and Private Law. One of the many purposes of UNIDROIT is to draft “uniform” (i.e. transnational) principles and international conventions related to private law, which national legislators often use as a blueprint to develop domestic laws. UNIDROIT’s Digital Assets project seeks to draft uniform principles for the private law issues concerning digital assets, namely property (or analogue), transfer, custody and secured transactions. This event will take place in WCC 3016 (food TBD!).
