He is a tenured Professor of Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo, the Founding Partner of PGLaw (São Paulo, Brazil), a former William D. Zabel ’61 Visiting Professor in Human Rights at Harvard Law School (Fall 2022), and an S.J.D from Harvard Law School (05′).
