Join the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program on October 14 for an event with attorney Linda Dakin-Grimm, author of Dignity and Justice: Welcoming the Strangers at Our Border, in conversation with community activist Suyapa Perez. All are welcome and to-go boxed lunches will be provided.
Linda Dakin-Grimm: Lawyer & Author of Dignity and Justice: Welcoming the Stranger at the Border. Since 2016, she has worked with more than 75 unaccompanied children and separated families, and acted as counsel in immigration-related class actions.
Suyapa Perez: Woman’s rights and union activist, community leader, and massage therapist. Organizer with the San Lucas Episcopal Church and the Chelsea Collaborative and president of Comunidades Enraizadas, a community land trust.
