HIO Optional Practical Training (“OPT”) Information Session

Peter O’Meara, your Harvard International Office (HIO) advisor, will present an introduction to the F-1 post-completion Optional Practical Training (“OPT”) authorization via Zoom.

This presentation is intended for those HLS students who will graduate in May 2023.  The Zoom link to the session was emailed to F-1 students who are expected to graduate in May on November 10th.  The basics and timeline of the OPT application and benefits of OPT will be outlined.

This will not be recorded.  A full OPT application training session will be presented in early February 2023.
