g Traurig\, LLP\, specializing in white collar litigation and media and ent
ertainment cases\, Rosengart represented Britney Spears in the lawsuit that
ended her 13-year conservatorship.In addition to Spears\, Rosengart has represented high-profile
individual clients such as Sean Penn\, Steven Spielberg\, Eddie Vedder\, J
ulia Louis-Dreyfus\, and Jimmy Butler. Previously he was a supervisory assi
stant U.S. Attorney and U.S. Justice Department Trial Attorney\, a law cler
k to Hon. David H. Souter (N.H. Supreme Court)\, and a former adjunct profe
ssor at Fordham Law School. Recently\, he was named Benchmark Litigation’s
Entertainme
nt Litigator of the Year for the second consecutive year.
The
2025 Harvard Entertainment Law Symposium\, a three-day symposium jointly h
osted by the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law (JSEL) and the C
