Harvard International Law Journal Symposium

This year’s HILJ Symposium will address the theme of Enforcement in International Law. Specifically, we have assembled a group of international law scholars and practitioners to critically assess the efficacy of the mechanisms which currently exist to adjudicate international law claims, including tribunals like the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, as well as regional bodies like the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Scholars will be encouraged to present ideas that may address some of these failings and enhance international law compliance.
