ic life has meant grappling with not only historical underrepresentation bu
t also systemic barriers that have limited access to leadership roles and d
ecision-making power. As the community navigates a new presidential adminis
tration\, this Conference calls for reflection on the ways in which AAPI pr
ofessionals can assert their voices. What does it mean to show up\, and on
whose behalf do we do so? How do we represent ourselves both individually a
nd collectively? We hope to inspire attendees to think about how they can s
trengthen their presence in legal\, civic\, and general leadership roles.</

distinguished speakers —including government lawyers and officials\, priva

hrilled to welcome Judge Denny Chin of the Second Circuit<spa
