unyard is passionate about the connection between mind\, body\, and spirit
journey that began over 25 years ago. She loves creating spaces for people
to slow down and reconnect with their inner experience. Rachel believes\,
“We have so much inner wisdom and intuition that we miss because we are ove
r-scheduled\, overworked\, and overstimulated.”  When she’s not on her mat\
, you’ll likely find her hugging trees\, paddle boarding\, or spending time
with her two sweet Italian Greyhounds.</p><p style="font-weight: 400\;">Ra
chel works in private practice as a yoga therapist\, offering sessions infu
sed with somatic experiencing\, nervous system regulation\, trauma resoluti
on and healing touch. She feels incredibly blessed to witness and support h
er clients’ healing journeys and building more capacity in their nervous sy
stems. In addition to her private practice\, Rachel works in yoga for resea
rch and intervention with Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel and was pa
rt of a published paper in March 2025. Her other great passion is holding s
pace for everyday beautiful humans through workshops\, special classes\, an
 d day retreats in and around Boston.</p><p style="font-weight: 400\;"><em>L
