Documentary Screening: 3 Uyghur Women

Harvard Immigration Project, Harvard Law School Advocates for Human Rights, Harvard Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Harvard Muslim Law Students Association are excited to co-host a screening of “3 Uyghur Women”, a brief documentary film about Uyghur refugees in the Boston area who evaded genocide in their native Xinjiang (a region within China). The film’s creator, Avanti Nambiar, and (hopefully) some of the film’s subjects will be available for a brief Q&A following the screening. The screening will take place on Friday, November 18th from 12:15 PM – 1:30 PM at Hauser 102. Food from Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine will be served!
