 d Governance</a>\, which assembles short essays from over sixty members of 
 the Harvard Law School faculty analyzing the issues facing our country’s bo
 ld experiment in democratic governance.</p><p>This first webinar is inspire
 d by Martha Minow’s essay “Constituting Democracy: Investing in a Virtuous 
 Circle\,” in which she argues that much of our democratic infrastructure is
  under attack\, and that we must protect and invest in preconditions for se
 lf-governance including education\, reliable public information\, and safet
 y. Webinar participants will explore the current state of our democratic in
 stitutions and the kinds of investment and care needed for meaningful self-
