A former Comm issioner of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and former Chief Privacy Offi cer and Corporate Vice President for Global Privacy\, Safety\, and Regulato ry Affairs at Microsoft\, Brill has spent decades shaping how governments a nd companies approach data protection\, privacy\, and AI. Drawing on her ex perience in government and industry\, she will explore how data privacy law s and company practices can help govern AI\, including the challenges of su rveillance\, micro-targeting\, and the evolving public–private balance in t ech regulation.
