Organizing Amazon: A Conversations with Chris Smalls and Jodi Kantor

Chris Smalls is founder of the Amazon Labor Union and leader of the first successful efforts to unionize an Amazon facility. From being called “not smart, or articulate” by Amazon executives to “my kind of trouble” by President Joe Biden in the Oval Office, Chris Smalls has ushered in a new labor movement and inspired millions of people along the way.

Jodi Kantor is a Pulitzer Prize winning New York Times journalist, recognized for her reporting on the #MeToo movement where she documented the decades of abuse inflicted by film producer Harvey Weinstein. Kantor was included on Time’s list of the 100 Most Influential People of 2018.
