The Harvard European Law Association and t he Harvard Law Artificial Intelligence Association invite you to join a dis cussion with Professor Anu Bradford to examine the contrasting approaches o f the U.S. and the EU to tech regulation and how deeper structural factors — beyond regulatory frameworks — have shaped the success of U.S. in creatin g global tech champions.
Bradford is Professor of Law and Internatio nal Organization at Columbia Law School and a world-renowned expert on the European Union\, global economy\, and digital regulation. She is the author of both The Brussels Effect (named one of the best books of 2020 by Foreig n Affairs) and Digital Empires (winner of the 2024 Stein Rokkan Prize).
