 Public Advocacy Division" at the D.C. Office of Attorney General (DC OAG)\,
  which investigates and litigates all of DC OAG's civil affirmative enforce
 ment work -- including civil rights\, workers' rights\, tenant issues\, con
 sumer protection\, environmental justice\, antitrust\, and nonprofit enforc
 ement. Will joined DC OAG in 2019. Prior to that\, he worked for 15 years a
 t a private public interest law firm representing Native American tribes on
  issues related to self-determination\, water rights\, land rights\, federa
 l programming\, construction projects\, and environmental protection. Will 
 also served for 8 years as a neighborhood elected official in the District 
 of Columbia\, and regularly performs in and organizes jazz events in and ar
 ound D.C.</p>
