Sarah Kim is a partner at Clayton\, Dubilier & Rice\, LLC (CD&R)\, a leading private equity firm based in New York and London with approximately $80 billion in assets under management. She helps lead the firm’s healthca re effort with a focus on U.S. healthcare services and global pharma servic es. Prior to joining CD&R in 2008\, she held positions at private equity fi rms Metalmark Capital and McCown De Leeuw. She began her career in the inve stment banking division of Goldman\, Sachs & Co.
Sarah curren tly serves on the corporate boards of Sharp\, Inizio\, Gentiva and Covetrus . She also serves on the executive committees of the Cancer Research Instit ute\, the New York Foundling and the Healthcare Private Equity Association. She is a Senior Advisor to the Leapfrog Impact Funds. Sarah received a B.A . in economics and political science with honors from Yale University\, a J .D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
