Salvo is a trusted adviser for private equ ity sponsors and their portfolio companies on their most critical transacti ons with experience spanning the entire range of M&A activity\, including m any significant leveraged buyouts\, minority investments\, complex carve-ou t transactions\, joint ventures\, and cross-border transactions.
Salv o also has a broad-based transactional practice with an emphasis on clients in the sports industry\, including teams\, leagues and owners\, media comp anies\, private investment funds\, and financial institutions\, and he is c onsidered one of the leading lawyers in these fields.

Salvo earned an LL.M. at Harvard Law School in corporate and financ e law and a Ph.D. in M&A and a Law Degree from the University of Catania.
