 ></p><p> </p><p>Mukang Cho founded Morning Calm Management and is the firm’
 s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal. He has been involved in a
 ll aspects of the firm’s development since inception and is responsible for
  strategic planning\, operations and all acquisition\, disposition and othe
 r capital markets activities. Prior to founding Morning Calm Management\, M
 ukang was a Managing Principal in charge of real estate strategy at Crown C
 apital Management and its affiliates\, and a partner in the real estate pra
 ctice group of Kirkland & Ellis. He began his career as a corporate attorne
 y at Cravath\, Swaine & Moore in New York and then served as a principal of
  Trifecta\, a distress focused middle market investment firm. In his capaci
 ties as principal and advisor\, Mukang has successfully completed hundreds 
 of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion.</p><p> <
 /p><p>Morning Calm Management is an investment and management firm with a f
 ocus on special situations and commercial real estate credit. The firm owns
  approximately 13 million square feet of commercial real estate on behalf o
 f institutional and private capital and manages a series of investment stra
 tegies across the real estate capital structure.</p><p> </p><p>Mukang is a 
 member of The Real Estate Roundtable and Vice Chairman of the Medical Peace
  Foundation\, a non-profit organization started by his late father which de
 velops free medical centers around the world. Mukang graduated with a J.D. 
 from Harvard Law School and a B.A. From Cornell University (with distinctio
 n).</p>
