Justin Boisseau retired in 2026 as a Managing Partner of Gates Capital M anagement\, where he was a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Over more than two decades with the firm\, which he joined in 2003\, he played a n active role in the research effort as well as the strategic and operation al development of the business. Prior to Gates Capital\, he was a Vice Pres ident in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group within the investment banking di vision of Salomon Smith Barney. Justin serves on the Leadership Council of New York at Harvard Law School and on the Finance Advisory Board at Kansas State University\, where he was also recently named the Finance Executive o f the Year. He is a graduate of Kansas State University (B.S.\, summa cum laude) and Harvard Law School (J.D.). He and his wife\, Melissa\, live in Rye\, New York and have four children.
