< p>Graham Robinson is an M&A partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Elli s LLP. Graham’s practice focuses on transactions involving the acquisitions of public companies\, specifically within the biopharmaceutical industry. He is ranked first by deal value and number of deals among U.S. attorneys f or public biotechnology M&A transactions since January 2016\, according to Deal Point Data. Graham also has extensive experience within the shareholde r activism space. He has helped companies prepare for and respond to unsoli cited acquisition proposals\, as well as dealing with activist investors. H e provides counsel to boards of directors and special committees on corpora te governance matters and internal investigations.
